1.Who we are

2.What information we collect
We collect two categories of information:
Information you provide. When you submit an inquiry form, send us an email, or contact us through our representatives, you share details such as your name, job title, company, work email, phone number, country, and the content of your inquiry — including any attachments you choose to send.
Technical information. Our website is served through Vercel, which records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for the purpose of operating and securing the service. We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
3.Why we collect it
We collect this information for three reasons: to respond to your inquiry, to route it internally to the engineer or specialist most familiar with your scope, and to follow up on any resulting commercial discussion. We do not use your information for marketing purposes without your separate, explicit consent.
4.Who we share it with
We share your information only with the service providers required to operate our inquiry channels:
- Resend — handles delivery of inquiry emails between our website and our internal mailbox.
- Vercel — hosts our website and processes form submissions on our behalf.
These providers act as processors under our instruction. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your information to advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.
5.How long we keep it
We retain inquiry records for as long as is commercially relevant and as part of our internal project and correspondence history. We do not use historical inquiries for marketing. You may request deletion of your record at any time by contacting info@pasortech.com.
6.International transfers
PASORTECH operates between Türkiye, the Middle East, the GCC, Europe, and China. Our email and hosting providers may store and process data outside Türkiye, including in the European Union and the United States, under the standard terms of their published service agreements.
7.Your rights
You may request access to the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do so, email info@pasortech.com from the address you originally contacted us with. We respond within 30 days.
8.Security
Inquiry data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored within the systems of the service providers named in section 4. Internal access is limited to PASORTECH personnel involved in responding to your inquiry. No system is fully immune to risk; we apply reasonable, industry-standard safeguards.
9.Updates to this policy
We may update this policy as our services, processors, or applicable obligations change. The current version is always available at this URL with the "Last updated" date shown above.
